Job Description:

Randstad is partnering with a well-known group, looking to hire a Retail GM (Beauty) to oversee strategic growth, daily operations, and team development.

Job Responsibility:

Develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth and brand positioning
Tailor programs, packages, and services aligned with market trends and customer needs
Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
Manage financial performance and business matrix, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies
Provide coaching, training, and development to ensure customer service excellence and staff professionalism

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
At least 10-15 years of working experience in wellness, retail or similar industry
Exceptional knowledge in related industry, leadership, communication and problem solving
Strong business acumen mindset
