Job Description:

The North American Retail Media Sales Specialist is a part of The Global Digital and Loyalty team directly reporting into the Retail Media Snr Sales Manager. This pivotal role will focus on driving revenue growth through strategic media sales, leveraging our growing digital out of home instore solutions to engage key CPG clients and their agencies. Join us in capitalizing on Circle K's digital platforms to deliver exceptional value to both our advertising partners and our loyal customer base.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist sales teams with client proposals, media plans, and campaign presentations
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding campaign status, reporting, and billing inquiries
  • Collaborate with the operations and creative teams to ensure campaign deliverables are executed correctly
  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing documentation
  • Prepare and manage client-facing documents, including contracts, pricing sheets, and reporting
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, media buys, and sales pipelines
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments (e.g., marketing, finance, creative) to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Ensure client needs are met and any issues are addressed promptly
  • Provide proactive updates to clients on campaign performance, delivery, and adjustments
  • Assist with preparing and delivering post-campaign analysis reports
  • Maintain databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track sales activities
  • Assist in invoicing and billing procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely payments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 1-2 years media or sales experience preferably in retail media sales, trade channel marketing, agency sales or other related area
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM tools
  • Be able to adapt to rapidly changing environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Maintain a positive team attitude and professional demeanor
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
