The Retail Planning Senior Manager is responsible for creating actionable business plans, managing sales and inventory, evaluating performance, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. The role also includes promoting collaborative efforts, implementing incentive plans, and carrying out marketing activities to optimize operational results and maximize store revenues.
Job Responsibility:
Formulate and decompose business plans based on market trends and product launches
Manage sales and inventory plans for stores
Lead performance evaluation meetings and promote team collaboration
Write and provide comprehensive business reports
Serve as the interface with the regional team and coordinate resources
Develop and implement store-level incentive mechanisms
Execute retail marketing activities and promotions.
Requirements:
More than 8 years of working experience in related retail positions
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably majors in marketing or business administration
Extensive knowledge of business planning
Excellent comprehensive analysis capabilities
Keen business sense and strong business mindset
Proficient in advanced Excel functions and data analysis tools
Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills
Good written and oral English skills.
