Job Description:

The Retail Recruiter will act as the key talent acquisition partner for regional retail leadership teams, identifying, sourcing, and hiring candidates within the Nike and Converse ecosystem. Responsibilities include leading the end-to-end recruitment process for retail field hiring, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting video screenings, and managing applications through Workday.

Job Responsibility:

Leading the end-to-end process for retail field hiring across multiple levels (from store associate to store manager)
Responsible for candidate sourcing
Resume review
Video screening of candidates
Own the candidate process through Nike's applicant tracking system

Requirements:

Experience with volume in-house recruiting for a commercial business
Experience with Workday as a recruiter
Experience in competency-based interviewing
Fluent in English and German
Experience with hiring practices and policy in DACH
It's a pré if you have previous retail recruitment experience working directly as a store-facing business partner (coaching and assisting store leaders with their full-cycle recruitment strategy)
Track record of innovative sourcing, building and talent communities within unique functional abilities
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability while working in an ambiguous environment
