Job Description:

A job at IKEA is much more than home furnishings. Together, we work to create a better everyday life through attentive customer service, actively selling, and maintaining the vitality of commercial activities.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engage customers in need of assistance
Build furniture as needed for store setup
Keep the area clean, tidy, priced, and stocked
Share expertise and guide customer decision-making
Implement and maintain commercial activities
Optimize sales and maintain profitability
Analyze and adjust sales space based on stock capacities
Support and upkeep planned commercial activities

Requirements:

High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
1 year's relevant work experience
Experience in retail, preferably in the home furnishing sector
Experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs

Nice to have:

Enthusiasm for IKEA products
Ability to analyze and adjust sales space capacities
Specialized knowledge of modular furniture solutions
