Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as members of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, foster customer relationships, and provide personalized solutions using new technologies.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off
exploring individual needs
providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure
using digital tools for onboarding
building relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
