Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, providing customer-focused differentiated service, assisting across departments, performing cashier duties, and supporting career development opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving service issues
giving a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating additional items
performing cashier duties accurately
restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks
supporting opening and closing store activities
providing customer support to all departments including photo and beauty
assisting pharmacy personnel and supporting career development
advocating for CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods of time
lifting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and negligible force regularly
close visual acuity for activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small details

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
high school diploma or equivalent
