Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within CVS Health, shaping the future of healthcare by positively impacting lives one customer at a time. This position provides opportunities in a growing, high-impact role focused on customer service and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care, and resolving service issues
greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and assisting in locating additional items
performing cashier duties, handling multiple modes of payment with precision
maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks
supporting store opening and closing activities
providing customer support to departments including photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational
assisting pharmacy personnel as part of growth and career development opportunities
advocating new CVS services and loyalty programs.

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects
visual acuity for activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection involving small parts/details
previous experience in a retail or customer service setting (preferred)
high school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
