Job Description:

Retail Store Associates are responsible for providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, maintaining the sales floor, supporting all departments, and assisting pharmacy personnel. They play a meaningful role in shaping healthcare access and delivering customer-focused solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues
giving a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating additional items
accurately performing cashier duties, including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory management tasks
supporting opening and closing store activities
providing customer support to all departments including photo and beauty
assisting pharmacy personnel as part of growth opportunities
embracing and advocating for CVS services and loyalty programs.

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods of time
lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly
close visual acuity for activities like viewing a computer terminal or reading
high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred.
