Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, shaping the future of health care and providing customer-focused support in retail settings.

Job Responsibility:

providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and actively identifying and resolving potential service issues
accurately performing cashier duties including handling transactions
maintaining the sales floor through restocking shelves and inventory management
supporting opening and closing store activities
assisting pharmacy personnel when needed
advocating for CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently
having close visual acuity for activities such as viewing a computer terminal or reading
high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
