Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, shaping the future of healthcare and positively impacting customer health and experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service
Focusing on the customer
Accurately perform cashier duties
Maintaining the sales floor
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Providing customer support to all departments
Assisting pharmacy personnel
Advocating for new services and loyalty programs.

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently
Visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal and reading
Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred.

Nice to have:

High School diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
