Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family by providing differentiated care, supporting daily store operations, and positively impacting customers through compassion and efficiency in various service areas.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service
focusing on the customer with warm greetings and help locating items
performing cashier duties like handling cash and credit card transactions
maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves and inventory management
supporting opening and closing activities
providing support to all departments including photo and beauty
assisting pharmacy personnel
embracing CVS services and loyalty programs.

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly
visual acuity for activities like viewing a computer terminal or reading
high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
