Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, helping shape the future of health care for people, businesses, and communities. The position involves positively impacting customer lives through customer service, teamwork, and operational support.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving potential service issues
Giving a warm and friendly greeting, offering help locating items
Accurately performing cashier duties while following company procedures
Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Assisting pharmacy personnel for career development opportunities
Advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods of time
Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally
Close visual acuity for activities such as viewing a computer terminal and reading
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
