Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family and positively impact the lives of customers in a growing, customer-focused role that supports healthcare needs.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service
Giving warm and friendly greetings
Accurately performing cashier duties
Maintaining the sales floor
Supporting store opening and closing activities
Providing customer support to departments like photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel
Advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent
Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods of time
Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally
Close visual acuity for computer terminal and small details
Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
