Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. They help shape the future of health care by supporting customer needs in a high-impact retail environment. The role is both independent and collaborative, with opportunities to assist pharmacy personnel, advocate for loyalty programs, and positively impact customers’ healthcare journeys.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs
Demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions
Actively identifying and resolving service issues
Giving warm and friendly customer greetings
Maintaining eye contact and offering help locating items
Accurately performing cashier duties
Restocking shelves
Checking in vendors
Completing inventory management tasks
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Providing customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel during regular shifts
Advocating for CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Remaining upright on the feet particularly for sustained periods of time
Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally and up to 10 lbs of force frequently
Visual acuity for activities like viewing a computer terminal and reading
Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
