Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play an important role at CVS Health in shaping the future of healthcare and providing compassionate customer service. This position focuses on supporting customers and fulfilling the company’s mission of helping people on their path to better health.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving service issues
giving a warm and friendly greeting
handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision
maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing information, and completing inventory tasks
supporting opening and closing store activities
providing customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty
assisting pharmacy personnel as needed
embracing and advocating new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods of time
lifting up to 35 lbs of force
visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal and reading
high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
