Job Description:

A paid 10-week internship offering hands-on experience in retail management, including managing a team, interacting directly with customers, developing business plans, and working on impactful projects. The internship includes exposure to networking opportunities, developmental workshops, and retail leadership.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a retail team
work directly with customers
gain insights into daily operations
develop business plans
work on impactful projects
manage staffing best practices and colleague development
interact with customers and team members
network with retail leaders.

Requirements:

Enrolled as a full-time or part-time undergraduate student
Junior or Senior standing
pursuing a degree in Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field
community college students need equivalent credit hours
available to work 35 hours per week on a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.

Nice to have:

1-3 years of retail experience or equivalent in a fast-paced work environment
previous leadership experience
interest in a potential career in retail management.
