Job Description:

Hybrid & Good WLB; International environment; Good working location

Requirements:

5 years of experience in retail systems operation
Proven experience in managing new store projects, including timelines, budgets, and personnel
Experience in collaborating with business users and IT teams to design and implement systems and processes
Experience in vendor management and service delivery management
Fluent in Japanese and Chinese (written and spoken)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in an international company is preferred
Experience leading a retail support team is a plus
ITIL knowledge and understanding of retail systems business processes are highly desirable
