Job Description:

Responsible for conducting risk assessments on potential investment projects, providing financial risk control opinions, and submitting them for investment committee decisions. Assist the investment project team in the preliminary financial due diligence process, offering professional guidance. Organize and lead on-site financial due diligence for potential investment projects after project initiation.

Assist the investment project team in the preliminary financial due diligence process, offering professional guidance
Organize and lead on-site financial due diligence for potential investment projects after project initiation

Requirements:

Master’s degree or above
candidates from 211 or 985 universities are preferred
Majors in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management
At least 3 years of experience as an on-site leader or project manager at a reputable accounting firm, with substantial IPO project experience
Familiarity with the hard-tech industry, key business risk points, and strong risk identification and judgment capabilities
