Job Description:

W Amsterdam is casting a Stylist (Room Attendant) to join the Style Team. The role involves ensuring the hotel sparkles and maintaining design standards. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, responding to guest requests, and working in a fast-paced environment. The position requires flexibility to work with other departments and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Protect company assets
Show guests our Whatever/Whenever service
Connect with guests to personalize service
Work on rotating shifts
Ensure all guest rooms are ready for arrivals, stay overs, and turn down service
Respond to guest requests
Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile
Respond promptly to requests from Style supervisor/coordinator
Fill cart with supplies
Clean guest room according to W standards
Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms
Replace dirty linens with clean items
Clean bathrooms
Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items from room
Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances
Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings

Requirements:

Minimum of one-year experience in the same or similar role
Fluency in English
Dutch and any other language is appreciated
Experience in the Luxury Segment is an advantage
Work Permit for The Netherlands is required
