Job Description:

The Routing Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing routes and determining new more efficient routes. This is a direct hire opportunity open due to growth paying up to 70K plus benefits working 100% in office.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze existing transportation routes for potential areas of improvement
employ logistics and distribution skills to determine more efficient routes
utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and update route data
monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transportation logistics
ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
maintain a safe working environment in line with OSHA standards
handle technical aspects of logistics
address and resolve any logistical issues that arise
keep up-to-date records of routes and logistics data

Requirements:

2+ years logistics/transportation experience
tech savvy
analytical
proficiency in logistics, including planning and managing logistics, transportation, and customer services
familiarity with logistics and distribution systems
strong understanding of transportation logistics
Microsoft Excel skills
proficiency in KPI reporting
understanding of DOT compliance
familiarity with OSHA standards
