Job Description:

The position involves handling a caseload of Road Traffic Accident (RTA) matters including MOJ, OIC, Part 8, and Fast Track cases. Job Responsibility:

Managing a quality caseload of RTA matters including MOJ, OIC, Part 8, and Fast Track cases

Requirements:

Proven RTA experience
Experience with MOJ, OIC, Part 8, and Fast Track cases
Defendant or Claimant Fee Earner background
