• Financial Reporting: Knowledge of IFRS and other relevant accounting standards, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance
• General Ledger Accounting: Proficiency in general ledger (GL) entries, reconciliations, and adjustments
• Month-End and Year-End Close Processes: Experience in managing closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and adjustments to meet reporting deadlines
• Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues
• Taxation and Compliance: Familiarity with tax regulations and reporting requirements
• Data Management and Reporting Tools: Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to support reporting and data validation
• Stakeholder Engagement: Works effectively with cross-functional teams and communicates complex accounting matters in an understandable way
• Documentation and Reporting: Proficient in writing clear, concise reports and documenting processes for compliance and audits
• Prioritization: Manages multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines, especially during monthly and yearly close periods
• Project Management: Ability to handle and coordinate projects, such as system upgrades or process improvements, within the RTR function
