Job Description:

The Safety and Security Officer is responsible for patrolling the property, monitoring security systems, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the safety of guests and employees. The role requires physical ability, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibility:

Patrol property
Assist guests with room access
Monitor security systems
Respond to emergencies
Administer first aid/CPR
Handle disturbances
Conduct investigations
Complete incident reports
Maintain confidentiality
Escort unwelcome persons
Report vehicle accidents/thefts
Conduct daily hazard inspections
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Assist individuals with disabilities
Develop positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No specific license or certification required
Ability to patrol property
Monitor security systems
Respond to emergencies
Administer first aid/CPR
Handle disturbances
Conduct investigations
Maintain confidentiality
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Lift objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
Move through confined spaces
Perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
