Job Description:

The Safety & Security Officer is responsible for patrolling the property, monitoring security systems, responding to emergencies, conducting investigations, and ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees. The role requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to handle stressful situations professionally.

Job Responsibility:

Patrol property
Assist guests with room access
Monitor security systems
Respond to emergencies
Conduct hazard inspections
Defuse disturbances
Complete incident reports
Maintain confidentiality
Conduct investigations
Escort unwelcome persons
Handle complaints
Resolve safety hazards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to patrol property
Monitor security systems
Respond to emergencies
Conduct investigations
Maintain confidentiality
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Lift objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
Move through confined spaces
Perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
