Sales Specialists & Consultants are responsible for leading pursuit in assigned focus areas, collaborating with account managers, driving proactive campaigns, prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing opportunities, and frequently representing the organization to external customers/clients.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for creating and driving sales pipeline
capture leads outside of specialization and ensure assignment and follow-up
maintain knowledge of competitors’ offerings
seek out new opportunities and build pipeline
develop quota objectives and future direction for defined product category
establish a professional consultative relationship with clients including C-level for mid-to-large accounts
sell outsourcing deals
expand and enhance existing opportunities
strategically position company's products and services
Requirements:
University or bachelor's degree preferably in Telecom Engineering
experience and background in Telecom Vertical with experience of OSS, Private 5G, Public 5G Software Solutions
demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customer, and higher-level customer interface
extensive selling experience within industry and on similar products
8-12 years of advanced sales experience
minimum 2-3 years of product sales in the desired specialty

knowledge of competitors in account
ability to leverage external partners to deliver sales
account planning and accurate account revenue forecasting skills
positive relationships with customers to ensure account retention and growth
understanding of IT specialization and industry-specific challenges
