Job Responsibility:

Working closely with the business development team
maintaining accurate customer records and data
providing regular feedback on customer trends and preferences
managing incoming customer inquiries
providing accurate and timely information regarding products and services
resolving customer issues and complaints
building and maintaining strong customer relationships
contributing to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and processes
