Job Description:

Responsible for sales, client acquisition, market research, pitching, contract negotiations, and handling the company development cycle. The role involves market mapping, competitor analysis, developing new business models, and adapting strategies to changing client needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Sales and client acquisition, including market research, pitching, contract negotiations, and sign-up
  • Prospecting vigorously in the target market for prospective customers
  • Building/nurturing/growing a strong network for generating leads
  • Meeting with strategic heads, business heads, and CXOs of various firms regularly
  • Using a price framework to ensure customer sign-ups
  • Tracking new initiatives, rivals' activity, and market shifts to develop new models
  • Adapting SLAs to changing client needs and corporate operations
  • Organizing and presenting client specifications to the delivery team.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post graduate
  • 8-9 years of experience
  • Forecast accuracy and to execute the role BD in staffing
  • Delighting people performing out of the role today
  • Leading change and securing their future.
