Job Description:

Our client, a leading provider of private healthcare, is looking for a Sales Advisor to join their vibrant team. This permanent, full-time position is based in the bustling City Centre of Manchester, conveniently located just a short walk from both Manchester Oxford Road train station and St. Peter's Square tram station.

Job Responsibility:

  • Convert warm inbound leads into bookings for medical procedures
  • Handle inquiries professionally, offering expert knowledge about the wide range of services
  • Maximise opportunities by cross-selling and upselling relevant treatments
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and returning patients
  • Deliver a first-class client experience, ensuring patients feel supported throughout their journey
  • Collaborate closely with consultants and clinicians to coordinate appointments seamlessly

Requirements:

  • Proven success in sales, customer service, or appointment booking
  • Confidence in managing high-value transactions and achieving sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage, persuade, and build trust with clients
  • A highly organised approach with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt under pressure
  • A proactive and motivated mindset, dedicated to delivering exceptional service
  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in B2B sales and telemarketing is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a bonus
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships
