Job Description:

A Sales Co-worker at IKEA helps customers, boosts sales, shares product knowledge, keeps the sales area attractive, and works well with the team. Responsibilities include providing an inspirational shopping experience and ensuring the store area is well-organised and fully stocked.

Job Responsibility:

Provide an inspirational shopping experience by actively approaching customers to identify their needs and advising on suitable solutions
Be enthusiastic about the product range, curious to learn product stories and designs
Maximise sales by ensuring the area is clean, fully stocked, priced, well presented, and easy to shop
Engage in tasks involving heavy lifting when required

Requirements:

Skilled at forward planning, able to handle several tasks at once, and enjoys being a team member as well as fulfilling responsibilities independently
Customer-first mindset, making customers feel valued and supported
Ability to take initiative, make well-informed choices, and engage actively with daily tasks
Can prioritise and organise own work efficiently with attention to detail
