Job Description:

To maximize Add on & accessories sales using knowledge of my range, local market and my customers, as well as the IKEA tools and the experience and expertise of my colleagues. Support the efficient work of the IKEA mechanical sales system to ensure the continued success of the IKEA Concept.

Job Responsibility:

Maximize Add on & accessories sales using knowledge of range, local market and customers
Support the efficient work of the IKEA mechanical sales system
Actively approach customers who require additional help
Identify customer needs and advise them on the best solutions for their homes
Use different IKEA sales and communication channels
Keep area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked
Ensure IKEA basic merchandising standards are in place at all times

Requirements:

Good at active selling
Confident in approaching and talking to people in a polite and friendly manner
The right attitude and behavior to sell actively and help customers to buy
Knowledge of the IKEA product range, including service products
Interested in people’s everyday life at home and home furnishing
