Job Description:

We are looking for part time employees in Willowbrook. Welcome to coffee lovers and all those who want to develop their knowledge of coffee. You must be available to work weekdays, week nights, and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. As a sales clerk, you will be responsible for informing and guiding customers in their choice of products according to their specific needs. Restocking the store and placing new orders. Job Responsibility:

Become a proud ambassador of the prestigious Nespresso brand
Welcome and advise customers
Offer different promotions and products for tasting
Maximize in-store sales
Participate in daily meetings and training sessions
Analyze reported malfunctions and effectively guide customers to efficient after-sales service

Requirements:

Experience in sales and customer service
Good communication skills and enjoy advising people
Open flexibility / availability required : Tuesday/ wednesday 9:30-7:30 -Thursday Friday 9:30-9:30 and Weekends when needed
Enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment
Excellent stress management
