Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the sales team
conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads
identify and qualify sales opportunities by gathering relevant information from potential customers
maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system
collaborate with the marketing team to align telemarketing efforts
deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with prospects and customers.
Requirements:
Holds a diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
has previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service
has experience using CRM software and handling order processing in a system
possesses strong negotiation and persuasion skills to handle objections and close deals
is able to maintain and build strong customer relationships
is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
