Job Description:

We are in search of a detail-oriented Sales/Customer Service Support individual to join our team in the electronics industry, based in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, managing a variety of tasks such as processing orders and pricing, registering shipments, and maintaining customer records. This role offers an exciting short term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
Manage communication with customers primarily through email and occasionally over the phone
Assist in the sales process by processing customer orders and pricing details
Keep track of customer interactions and transactions
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and other systems like SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Keytone
Collaborate with the sales team and manage correspondence with over 100 customers
Work closely with your team and sales manager
Multitask and manage your time effectively
Participate in a detailed training program

Requirements:

Proficient in CRM software
Capable of answering inbound calls promptly
Knowledgeable in handling billing functions
Strong communication skills
Experience with SAP software
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Prior experience in a customer service role
Ability to communicate professionally via email
