Job Description:

Our client is a startup offering a booking platform for Asian tour groups. The role involves merchant collaboration, customer support, system data management, feedback reporting, and market expansion. Join a passionate team aiming to shape a brighter future.

Job Responsibility:

Expand and sign partnerships with merchants
answer questions from merchants about hosting guests and from tour guides regarding dining arrangements
input signed restaurant information into the system and perform regular data checks and updates
identify issues or suggest improvements during product use and contribute to product enhancement
assist in developing resources for tour groups in Malaysia and Indonesia to drive business growth

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher, no specific major required
fluent in English for seamless communication
proficiency in Malay is a plus

Nice to have:

Proficiency in Malay
