As a Sales Development Representative, you will partner with Account Executives to build sales pipelines for the Enterprise customer base, ensuring a delightful customer experience. You will be accountable for outbound prospecting, qualifying business leads, collaborating with internal teams, and navigating objections while using tools like Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator. Success in this role requires passion for sales, resilience, high performance, strong communication skills, and the ability to contribute to change positively.
Job Responsibility:
Outbound prospecting and lead generation
Qualify business leads through outreach and research
Conduct cold calls, emails and outreach strategies
Collaborate with sales, marketing, partner and operations teams
Navigate objections with value-driven messaging
Articulate the value proposition of products to customers
Build pipeline in partnership with Enterprise Advocates and Marketing teams.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and German
Experience in SaaS sales development, business development, or similar roles, with a focus on Enterprise accounts
