Responsibilities include prospecting, lead qualification, collaboration with sales and marketing teams, and customer engagement using tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator.
Job Responsibility:
Create account plans and strategies in collaboration with Account Executives
Be accountable for outbound prospecting and meeting conversion into pipeline
Qualify business leads on all customers through proactive outreach and research
Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to engage with decision makers
Collaborate with sales, marketing, partner, and operations teams to develop lead generation strategies
Articulate the value proposition of products to customers
Build pipeline in partnership with Account Executives and Enterprise Marketing teams
Work with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and French
Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
Great at writing relevant emails that are personalised to delight customers
1-2 years of experience as Sales Development Representative or sales experience
Accountability and excelling in a results-based culture
Clear, intentional, and curious communication skills
Passionate about sales and putting customers at the center of everything
Ability to navigate and contribute through change
Skills in creative problem-solving and finding new ways to achieve goals.
