Our Sales Development Representatives partner with the Sales and Success Account Teams to build sales pipeline while ensuring a delightful customer experience. You will report to a Sales Development Manager. In this remote-friendly job, you will engage in outbound prospecting, collaborate with various teams to build lead-generation strategies, and articulate product value propositions to customers. Job Responsibility:
Be accountable for outbound prospecting, quota-carrying role, and meeting conversion into pipeline
Qualify business leads on all customers through proactive outreach and research
Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to engage with decision-makers
Collaborate with sales, marketing, partner, and operations teams to develop lead-generation strategies
Navigate objections through value-driven messaging
Articulate the value proposition of our products to our customers
Requirements:
Fluent in German and English
Passionate about starting a sales career or transitioning to software sales
Clear and intentional communication
Ability to build trust
Accountability with a strong results-based focus
Interest in continuous learning and actioning feedback
Ability to navigate through change and contribute to progress
Passion for sales and customer-centric approach
Creative with new ideas to achieve goals
