Job Description:

Our Strategic Sales Development Representatives partner with Strategic Account Executives to build and manage sales pipeline for complex customer bases, ensuring customer satisfaction. They use value-driven messaging, collaborate closely with enterprise-level teams, and are responsible for outbound prospecting, quota management, and customer engagement. This role supports Atlassian's distributed-first company approach, offering flexibility to work from an office, remote, or hybrid settings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accountable for meeting setting, outbound prospecting, conversion, quota, feedback, and customer obsession for our largest customers
  • collaborate with our enterprise level sales, marketing, partner and operations teams
  • use value-driven messaging personalized to delight customers
  • build the pipeline in partnership with Strategic Account Executives and Strategic Marketing teams
  • develop an in-depth understanding of customer's organization, business goals, and challenges
  • enhance service by seeking ways to add value to customer interactions and services.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of prospecting experience or are making a change from recruitment or sales - where you were a top sales professional now interested in software sales
  • clear goals and daily routines to achieve them
  • ability to quickly action feedback
  • ability to excel in accountability and thrive in results-based culture
  • ability to contribute to change and bounce back quickly
  • clear and intentional communication
  • ability to build trust naturally
  • experience using sales technology like SFDC, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator.
