Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new leads, focusing on the US market
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, discovery sessions, product demos, technical discussions, negotiations, and closing deals
Utilize automation and AI tools to efficiently manage and nurture leads
Conduct discovery sessions to identify client needs, pain points, and business impacts
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery
Advocate for our solutions and stay informed about industry trends and competitors
Present technology as a tool to solve business challenges, not an end in itself
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management or a related area
Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in business development or a related field
Proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly in the B2B enterprise sector (experience in Financial Services is a plus)
Strong lead generation and "hunter" sales skills
Proficiency in automation tools and data analysis to drive sales performance
Knowledge of Intelligent Automation is a strong advantage
Analytical skills with a focus on measuring activities and outcomes
