Job Responsibility:

  • Be responsible for all stages of the lead generation process from research to qualification
  • Conduct research and identify high-potential prospects at mid-market and enterprise sized companies
  • Use AI-driven prospecting tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to automate lead generation
  • Track which email subject lines, CTAs, and outreach channels drive the highest engagement
  • Qualify and schedule calls and demos to prospective leads
  • Interact with leads via email, phone and social media to gather information, qualify fit and generate interest in our service offerings
  • Educate leads on our business model, differentiators and processes
  • Manage all inbound leads ensuring every lead is followed up on
  • Help build and maintain a healthy and successful opportunity pipeline
  • Rigorously log all data into the company CRM

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B outbound sales (preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or photography/creative industries)
  • Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Experience using AI-powered sales tools (Clay, Outreach.io, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An understanding of sales metrics (response rates, conversion rates, meetings booked, etc.)
