Job Description:

The Sales Executive - Catering at Four Points by Sheraton Batam will be responsible for maximizing revenue, maintaining guest loyalty, and promoting the brand. The role involves handling guest requests, processing reservations, and performing general office duties. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of related work experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Use sales techniques to maximize revenue
Determine and give complimentaries to guests
Promote brand image
Process Marriott Rewards points
Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Answer, record, and process guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
Perform general office duties
Assist management in training and motivating employees
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Monitor performance of others
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
