Job Description:

A well-established property developer with a proven track record of successful projects is now looking for dynamic, sales-driven talent to join their team as they continue to launch exciting new developments.

Job Responsibility:

Engage with potential clients—walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries—providing expert advice and accurate product information
Maintain a top-notch sales environment by ensuring sales galleries, show units, and offices are always impressive and welcoming
Collaborate with marketing teams, sharing valuable insights to enhance campaigns and attract the right audience
Participate in sales launches, promotional events, and engagement activities

Requirements:

Diploma or degree holder in Business/Real Estate or equivalent
A motivated go-getter with a knack for closing deals
Strong communication skills to build lasting client relationships

Possess own transportation and willing to travel
