The Sales Executive will be responsible for maximizing revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, promoting brand image, processing reservations and rewards, and performing general office duties. The role also involves assisting management, following company policies, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Use sales techniques to maximize revenue
Determine and give complimentaries to guests
Promote brand image
Process Marriott Rewards points and reservations
Answer, record, and process guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
Perform general office duties
Assist management in training and motivating employees
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Monitor performance of others
Read and visually verify information
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
