Job Description:

As a Sales Executive at Four Points by Sheraton Le Verdun, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, promoting brand awareness, and providing excellent customer service. You will also assist in training and motivating employees, ensuring adherence to company standards, and performing general office duties.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty
Determine and give complimentaries to guests
Promote brand image internally and externally
Process Marriott Rewards points and reservations
Answer, record, and process guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Assist management in training and motivating employees
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Monitor the performance of others
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
