Job Description:

The Sales Executive at Four Points by Sheraton Batam will handle guest interactions, use sales techniques to maximize revenue, and promote brand awareness. Responsibilities include processing reservations, answering guest inquiries, and performing general office duties. The role also involves assisting in employee training, maintaining professional standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Use sales techniques to maximize revenue
Determine and give complimentaries to guests
Promote brand image
Process Marriott Rewards points
Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Enter Marriott Rewards information
Answer, record, and process guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
Perform general office duties
Assist management in training and motivating employees
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Monitor performance of others
Read and visually verify information
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
