Job Description:

This client is one of the oldest manufacturer in Malaysia who has played an important role in the construction industry. Prioritising environmental health, they are seeking a Sales Manager to pioneer the team to develop the business in waste management services.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the sales and marketing operations of waste management services
Develop a business and strategic plan and define annual budget for sales and marketing activities
Take the lead in business development within assigned segments, suggesting necessary Capex for supporting new ventures and enhancing customer service
As the Key Account Manager to foster customer retention and drive business growth
Engage with the Department of Environment (DOE) and other relevant government bodies/authorities, assisting in the implementation of the established engagement roadmap
Manage market data, analyze emerging market trends, and utilize the findings to forecast future growth in the identified market

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Chemical / Environmental Engineering or equivalent qualification
7 years of experience in waste management industry or sales and marketing
Possess great interpersonal skills and communication skill
Result driven and outgoing
Willing to travel
