Job Description:

Join Four Points by Sheraton Perth as a Sales Manager in a community of approachable and straightforward talent offering simplified, not simple experiences to independent travellers. Responsible for managing large group/catering related opportunities, developing sales strategies, and leading the Sales team to exceed traveller expectations.

Job Responsibility:

Manage large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property’s objectives
Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy
Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers
Ensure team upholds all company policies and procedures
Lead the Sales team to provide a quality of service
Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders
Plan and execute team building activities

Requirements:

Experience in a similar managerial role
Working rights in Australia
