Randstad has partnered with a leading provider of cybersecurity managed services. This role involves promoting services to help organizations protect digital assets through continuous monitoring, threat detection, and incident response while developing strong client relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives
Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients across various industries to promote our cybersecurity managed services
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CISOs, IT directors, and other decision-makers
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create compelling sales presentations and proposals
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging cyber threats, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales quotas
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting on pipeline development and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
6+ years of experience in sales, preferably in cybersecurity managed security services
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing pipelines and sales activities
