Job Description:

Randstad is seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales operations for kitchen equipment in Johor Bahru. The role involves managing a sales team, hitting monthly targets, and building client relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Enhance and execute strategic sales opportunities
Manage the sales team in meeting monthly sales targets
Train and develop new sales talents
Networking and client inter-relationship building

Requirements:

Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent
Possess own transport
3-5 years of relevant sales experience
